Excersing

             To me exercising isn't just about getting fit for a sport. It's also about having fun while getting in shape. Exercising also is great for me, because when I'm not feeling good, I just go jogging or stretching for a short while. Or when I need to get rid of extra energy, I just go for a jog or go work out at the gym. Though working out at the gym isn't to often for me. Even when it's pouring down rain, I'll find some way of exercising. Pretty much no matter the weather or day (unless I have way to much going on that day) I'll try to exercise. Even if that means just biking up at the elementary school for a short while or just walking to a friend's house. It's still exercising.
             The cool thing about exercising for teens, and most adults, is that it gets your endorphins running, and those endorphins make you feel better and give you that natural high feeling. You don't have to take drugs or alcohol for that "high" feeling, you can just go for a jog and get that feeling and it's way better for you anyways. The most common reasons for exercising are that you loose weight, gain muscle, gets your body in shape, and or to just have fun. Those are actually my main reasons for exercising (well maybe not so much for the loosing weight part, but still it's a bonus). Also working out in between sports season's helps because you stay in shape and you keep your mind off of the big games for a while.
             Usually during an off-season, it's good to always work out so you don't let your body become lazy. Becoming lazy sucks, because all that muscle you gained just sort of relaxes more than it should. Also you don't want to become lazy during an off-season between sports because you get out of a routine of working out.
