            Business leaders in today's society have become excellent through diversity and the ability to finesse any situation. Any business leader, from a small one horse town business to corporate America, has had to handle the ever so changing society and its employment too. The business leaders of today will be faced with conflicts, motivational aspects, and most often will be encouraged to comply with an open door policy.
             Conflict resolution is a very common skill the stream lines excellence in most business leaders. People get involved in conflicts because their interests or their values are challenged or because their needs are not met. These business leaders will have to solve these "conflicts" in a peaceful and mutually satisfactory way to end or significantly, and hopefully permanently, de-escalate a conflict.
