When I was a teenager, I didn't have a part-time job for money. In Korea, teenagers aren't encouraged to have a job. Most parents desire their childrens to study very hard. Especially in Korea, a college entrance exam is the goal of students and their parents. And college entrance exam system is a matter of primary concern. It's because that a person who had experience of college education has more opportunity of one's success and respect for it. So when I was a teenager, I only studied hard and I didn't do anything but studying. If I had had a part-time job in teenager, I would be a more matual man. I believe that it can be beneficial for teenagers to have jobs while still in school. There are many valuable lessons that young people can learn from working a part- time job.
             First, teenagers can learn how to be financially responsible through work. If they don't have any work experience, teens will neither recognize the value of money nor the effort their parents put forth in providing for them. As young people earn their own money, they learn how to save and spend money wisely. I think it is very important for young people to learn how to become more financially independent from their parents.
             Another benefit from work is that teenagers can learn valuable life lessons about cooperation and team play. In many workplaces, teens must learn how to function as a team in order to work together. For example, one of the most common jobs teens may have is working at fast-food restaurant. Each person has different responsibilities they must fulfil, but cooperation is need for the restaurant to run smoothly and efficiently. Teenagers learn the value of getting along with their co-workers and how this translates into a more productive work environment.
