Trying to quit smoking can be a rough and challenging choice. It can take several times to completely stop. The majority of adults who smoke had started when they were young and have the problem of quitting now. The one's who decide to put the packs behind them they should do it for there health, but it will take motivation, and sacrifice.
There are many poisons in every cigarette, such as rat poison, toilet bowl cleaner, and the same product used in the gas chamber. These terrible cancer sticks break down you're body's functions and slows it recovery rate. If an individual begins smoking at the legal age of 18 and smokes a pack a day until the age of 25 there metabolism would have dropped 8- 12%. This means the activity of the person will drop as well. So if you think about, what's more important? A disgusting but addicting cigarette or a full and healthy life.
In order to permanently quit this habit it takes a lot of motivation and the want to stop. You need help from your family and friends to keep you going and remembering why you don't need this. You must be mentally ready and your heart has to be in it or you will probably relapse to the same habit. Always try to focus on how much better you will feel when this is all over. You won't have the smell on your clothes, you won't have the bad breath, and most of all you will regain your normal lung capacity of air. Also keep in mind its not the most attractive habit. So motivation and will power is the key to success.
