Should marijuana be legalized? There are many advantages and disadvantages of using marijuana with all the issues that have risen up about marijuana.              Laws should not interfere with the marijuana user's lives. People can do or choose whatever for their lives because of their freedom of choice. For example, smokers choose to smoke even though they know that cigarettes will harm them in the future. The laws should not interfere with the marijuana's user because it is a victimless crime.
             However, States should make laws not allowing people to smoke marijuana for safety for the smokers and nonsmokers. For example, every States in the Unites States require to wear a seat belt to protect the drivers and the passengers whenever they in a moving vehicle.
             In addition, marijuana has medical benefits. It relieves pain for the suffering of patients that have multiple sclerosis. Also, marijuana has a way to kill cancerous "glioma" cells. This can help a lot of patients who have extreme pain.
             Marijuana can be positive with medical benefits, but marijuana can slow down the brain activities. Also, marijuana users may bring harmful side-effects for themselves from not knowing what marijuana can do to the user's body. Since most people have different types of body reaction to drugs, they can die from using marijuana.
             If marijuana is legalized, people may not use more dangerous drugs such as cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy. There are big populations, who use drugs, think using marijuana is unlawful. Basically, marijuana users will use it anyway.
