If I were the Superintendent of the School System there would be a lot of changes I would make. Some small some big but all very important.
             First I would, as Superintendent be more active in the schools taking part in classroom activities with the students on a weekly basis not only when there is a problem or function. I would not have a uniform policy unless I'm willing to stick to it no matter what someone's parent says or what pressure I get from Political influences. This will help the students who wear the uniforms so they not have to be harassed by the ones who don't, causing problems.
             I would have tougher punishments for students who get into trouble all the time like for example they would get expelled. This will help with lots of interruptions during learning hours. I would also work with the teachers to help them have better salaries, so they will not leave our schools. Having the teachers who care year after year helps with better student teacher relationships. I would have more cleaning of the bathrooms with a bathroom monitor, Stopping students from leaving things in a mess, or starting, trouble in the bathrooms. This will help control germs and fights and students won't be fearful of using the bathrooms.
             I will have Security Guards who stick to the rules and don't play around with the students be a real security Guards. It's okay to be pleasant but don't become to friendly and not do your job this will help them as far as the students having respect for them, and listening to them. Students will be more confident that if they run into trouble they can trust that the security guard will help them. I would have security guards in the lunchroom itself not just at the door, Let the teachers watch the door and security guards control the lunchroom.
