             I think popular culture has more of an effect than most people would like to admit. At a young age children are introduced to television. First Sesame Street then Saturday morning cartoons and before you know it children are watching whatever they can find. Saturday morning cartoons are violent in their own right. Although many are teaching children a lesson about right and wrong, most use a violent plot in order to illustrate their point. Teaching children that force is used to solve certain problems at such an early age is disturbing. I think it should be a goal for every parent to try and raise their children in a
