             The man's actions were somehow different from adults. Mostly when adults car got hit by a snowball they just either hit the horn or just ignore, but he pulled over the side of the road and got out of the car running which was weird. Not only this thing was weird, but when he chased the kids he didn't give up as most of the normal adults would do in the middle of the chase. He kept on chasing them through parks, between houses, and up the hill. When the man got out of his car he didn't even bother to close the door behind him, instead he kept the door wide open. He was well dressed a suit and a tie, and street shoes. His clothes didn't keep him from chasing after the kids. He owned a black Buick which shows he cares a lot about choosing a car. The kids where running way hoping that the man would give up chasing them, but apparently he had all day. No matter how they tried to lose him, all their trials have failed. In other words instead of losing them, he got closer to them. Simply the man was amazing, I mean when an adult runs he usually sweats a lot and loses his breath. But our man didn't, what only happened is that his jacket strained over his body. Our narrator was amazed by the man herself when she Said "that this ordinary adult evidently knew what I thought only children who trained at foot ball knew". In other words go the extra mile, do all your best. She looked at the man as her hero. The man's pants became wet; his cuffs were filled with snow and there was a prow of snow beneath them on his shoes and socks. Finally they were caught, and he only said to them in a perfunctorily way "You stupid kids". What he said amazed the little girl; she expected that the man would chop them both into peaces and fry them in oil. But what the man did nothing of what she expected.
