Work Could Be Better

             Millions of workers today are fed up with their jobs. They hear about friends who have
             nice work environments in offices with air conditioning. A lot of times, this sense of entrapment to their jobs can lead to depression. Moreover, if a person does not like their work environment, they will never be happy working there. A way for workers to obtain a better lifestyle is to quit their jobs and find an environment that they can be happy working in.
             Depending upon one's attitude, three options are available: submitting in writing to the employer a two-week notice of one's leaving, neutrally walking out, or letting out frustrations on co-workers and bosses while leaving abruptly. The first option is for workers who enjoy their job and their job environment but have been presented with a better opportunity elsewhere. These workers will let their supervisors know politely that they must depart for another employer. By giving advanced notice, workers show respect and kindness towards their employer. Furthermore, the employer has time to start looking for a replacement worker. This helps both the employee and employer, for the employee may want to come back to their old job later in life.
             Next, the neutral person has had enough of their job and it's environment. They are being either over or under-worked and trying to find someone to help them obtain a reasonable work schedule. These people would rather just leave and not come back without having any
             confrontation. This does show a lack of respect, but this is usually declared right by the person
             from a lack of respect for the employee in the past. This employee does not wish to be considered for employment again at this particular job. This type of quitting does hurt the employer by not having notice to find a replacement. This means that the job is left to do until the employer finds someone.
