Religious experience

One of the religious experiences that I will never forget is when my Dad brought me to church and taught me about God and His plan and purpose for my life. It was April 15, 1993, when my Dad opens the Bible for me and leads me to Christ. That was the day when I accepted Christ as my own personal Savior. That day was a life changing for me because it helps me to focus more on what is important and that is God and my family. They are the on who means life to me, who are always there, whom I can trust and who believe in me. Having Christ in my heart simplifies my life. For the reason that I have learned how to prioritize my things and it help me defines what to do and what I don't do. His purpose becomes the standard that I use to evaluate the things that is happening in me that are essential and aren't. For some reason in my life, I was driven by many things and one of them is being greediness. Material things have become the focal point of my life. Since I taught having more will make me more happy and secure, but it just proves me wrong. I have learned that it can only provide temporary pleasure and that real security and happiness can only be found in our relationship with Christ. That's why one thing that I have value about life is that we should always put God as the center, because without God, life has no meaning and purpose at all.
