Made from parts of other decent bikes and some of their own designs, the Wright Brothers constructed the "Van Cleve": a bicycle with both of the wheels the same size, which made it much easier and safer to ride. This was a large success, and the brothers made a great sum of money in the bicycle business and changed the name of the shop to "Wright Cycle Exchange."
             Always moving, the Brothers wanted to get into something else, but couldn't decide what to do. The opportunity came to pursue something different when the Wrights learned of the death of Otto Lilienthal trying to catapult himself across the (whatever river) strapped to a glider.
