The wife of Lucceius tells Gordianus about the slaves and how they did it. Publius Asicius, a man working his way up the ladder of power, was the supposed deliverer of the poison and Lucceius wife confirmed it loosely. Publius Asicius was later brought to trial and was not convicted for these actions.
