             Next is Doramin. He is the chief of the Bugis, and is an old wise man. He personally knows Stein because they both were "war-comrades". Doramin saves Jim after Rajah Allang captures him. Doramin is also Dain Waris' father, and kills Jim because of his bad judgement that got Dain Waris killed.
