In earlier times you had many different nations that did things their own way and did not communicate among on another. This is because they were not very technologically advanced. However as technology has improved in such ways as cell phones and the internet, it has become much easier for different nations and cultures to communicate with each other. It has brought and is continuing to bring the world closer and closer together.
             According to the text this would be considered globalization. The process of linking people together and making communication among them much easier than ever before. This means that one nation can know if another needs help or if they are planning to do something much quicker.

             Continuing with the topic of globalization is the nation state and how it has been globalized. You must first realize what a nation state is before you can determine how it has been globalized. A nation state consists of a larger nation with smaller sub nations inside of it.
