Lucidity is the process of waking up within your dream. The dreamscape becomes incredibly clear and sharp, the dreamer's senses are heightened and become real and the dreamscape bends to the will of the dreamer. Dream weaving is the art of manipulating a dream to bend to a persons will. Through this process, the dreamer can change any and all aspects of his or her dream; they can change scenery, scenarios, props, and people with a thought. This incredible power lets you to explore distant worlds, have adventures, superpowers, women, explore your inner self, identify, confront and destroy your inner demons, and even fly. Your dream will become real to you, will be able to smell the air around you, feel the mud in between your toes, hear sounds, feel the wind blowing in your hair and many such amazing feats.
There are drawbacks though, since pain is only a series of electrical impulses, all of your dreams will be in "scratch-and-sniff" clarity. Basically, if you are gutted in your dream, you will feel every sensation and pain associated with the process. Another serious drawback to lucid dreaming is, the person can become trapped within their own nightmare, facing their worst fears and suppressed painful memories. Even though this process allows you to release your suppressed memories, they will cause pain for a while.
