Romeo and Juliet is a play by Shakespeare. It was written about 400 years ago. The play is about "two star crossed lovers" one Romeo Montaque and the other Juliet Capulet. Shakespeare was probably in disfavor of the family feuding and killing because he made this a tragedy in the end where both Romeo and Juliet die and their families come together.
