combined with the daily challenges at work, can be overwhelming. Trying to keep up with the Joneses, when we should be working to build a satisfying and stable home can create this stress among employees.
Often at this point, a total mental and physical meltdown can begin. The employee will
often become apathetic and barely do enough work to get by. For many, combating this is
