             In retrospect of your own development,
             (1) What do you see as changes and what as continuity?
             As I continue to grow there are many changes that I go through. Quantitatively there's getting taller, gaining and losing weight, and just growing in the physical aspect. Qualitatively there's becoming more intelligent, being able to communicate on higher levels, becoming more independent. I believe that even as I continue to grow my personality and my morals of what I want and expect out of life remain the same. They haven't always been this way but they have for a very long time. Sometimes I even try to change them because people say I expect too much and my morals are to high. But even then, I somehow can't get rid of them.
             (2) What are the most influential factors in shaping up your development? What systems do these influences belong to in Bronfenbrenner's theory (consider individual also as a system)?
             I would have to say that the most influential factors in shaping my development would have to be my family and specifically my mom. My mom is and has always been very supportive of me and very encouraging. My mother is widowed parent raising three children alone. She is like my mentor and support system. She shapes my development in that I strive to be everything she wants me to be and more. My culture and my beliefs are also very influential factors of my development. I come a very strong family oriented and religious background. We attend church daily and have family gatherings very frequently. Every holiday we assemble together to eat food, fellowship, and have a good time.
             (3) Can you think of any major event (individual or contextual) that has had a significant impact on your development? How old were you? Had it occurred in a different developmental period, would the impact on your development be different and how?
