Perfection is a quality that ever individual, group or organizations aims for. The SAN group was not the exception; the group has always strived for perfection. It was a really difficult task to assign our group presenter. After much deliberation the person with the most endearing qualities was selected; the presenter was Francisco Gonzales. Eventhough, it seemed that he was a perfect presenter; one never knows what will happen on the stage.
             When the time arrived for the presenter to deliver the massage it happened, a group member made a remark on the presenter appearance, causing the presenter to get nervous. The worthy skills that the presenter possesses helped him to react quickly and amend the mistakes that he made at the beginning of the presentation. The error that the presenter made was that he failed to acknowledge the class with a good morning. Moreover, the presenter failed to move as he remained in the same place. It seemed that he was glued to the ground, this reflected negatively on the presenter.
             These positive qualities that the presenter conveyed out number the negative aspects. Overall the presenter did an excellent job. He was able to deliver the information succinctly. He also had a good eye contact with the audience and an excellent projecting voice. To finalize the presenter used hand gestures which conveyed information in a more effective manner. So the SAN group was really satisfied with the presenter job. The group concluded that after all a good decision was made by selecting the presenter. After working arduously with the group members the outcome was worthwhile.
