Computer software engineers apply the techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to design, develop, test, and evaluate software and systems. People need this career in life so that they can have all their computer demands them. If there were none of these engineers, then most computers would not be adequately checked, and the product would have poor quality. I also am very interested in computers, so I find this job very interesting and enjoyable.

The minicomputer was an important invention in the 1960's and 1970's. It was a way for the people to get computers in their office or home. Steve Geller, Ray Holt and a team from AiResearch and American Microsystems helped develop small processing units later. In 1966 Hewlett-Packard entered the computer world with the HP-2115. With all these demands with computers, there was a job needed. Computer software engineers were fit for these jobs. They needed to make and test the new computers that were being made.
