Stress

             Life without stress would be incredibly dull and boring. Life with too much stress becomes unpleasant and tiring, and may ultimately damage our health or well being. Too much stress can seriously interfere with our ability to perform effectively.
             The art of stress management is to keep you at a level of stimulation that is healthy and enjoyable.
             Most people realize that aspect of their work and lifestyle can cause stress. While this is true, it is also important to note that it can be caused by your environment and by the food and drink we consume. There are several major sources of stress:
             One of them is survival stress and this is when you health is threatened and you are put under pressure, or where you experience some unpleasant or challenging event. An example or this is could be planning a wedding, all the events that lead to the big day are stressed because of the differences is opinion and the fact that there are all based upon a dead line.
             Another form of stress is called internally generated stress and this is when we become anxious and begin to worry about events that are beyond our control and were caused by our own behavior. An example of this could be when a women who is pregnant and is nearing her due date.
             Environment and job could easily become another form of stress. When our living or environment causes the stress. Noise, crowding, pollution and other distractions could cause this. Also when we become fatigue and overworked and our stress builds up over long periods of time. This problem occurs when we try to achieve too much in too little time, or where we are not using effective time management strategies
             The strategies that you should adopt to manage stress depend on the source that it had originated form. Proven way of dealing with stress are taking time out for your self and a walk to sort out the events that are causing unpleasant feelings. It is very important to find one that best suits you'...
