Much Ado About Nothing

Characters:
Claudio - Claudio is a young man that comes home from a war and is looking for a bride. He has a rather short temper and is and is very quick to judge. He finds himself a wife in Hero.
Hero - Is a girl in her twenties that is also looking for love. She finds herself a husband in Claudio. She a very pretty, nice, and soft-spoken girl.
Beatrice - Is and older girl who isn't looking for love but ends up finding it in Benedict. She is witty, and is sort of a snob.
Benedict - Benedict is also not looking for love and ends up finding it in Beatrice. Benedict is proud, also witty, and very quick to react.
Prince - The Prince is a royal man with lots of class. He is very noble and is one with the ladies.
Don John - Don John is very quiet and yet a very smart character. He is cunning and devious. I personally didn't like him.
The movie starts with the arrival of the prince and his men. The Prince is visiting his friend Leonardo. One of the Princes men, Claudio, immediately hits it off with a girl named Hero. He proposes to her and they get engaged. Meanwhile, Beatrice and Benedict are squabbling throughout the first half of the movie.
The Prince decides that he wants to hook Beatrice and Benedict up. He gets Claudio and Hero among others to help. They have a conversation within earshot of Benedict about how much Beatrice loves him, even though she does not. Hero does the same within earshot of Beatrice that Benedict loves her.
All this time, Don John is plotting a way to get Hero for himself. He decides to make Claudio think that Hero is cheating on him so he gets his friend to pretend that he is cheating with Hero when he is actually not he is with his wife. Claudio, at the wedding, says that he can't marry Hero because she is an adulterer. Hero is heartbroken and pretends to be dead.
