1. Yes I believe that The Setonian should except the money for the trip. If one of the candidates's for the Deans position is a sexist, the public should know about it. The paper shouldn't write an article just on the reliable source alone. More information like interviews with the faculty and students are needed in order for the paper to write an accurate article on the topic. If the article is written and it turns out that all the information is false, The Setonian can be sued for casting him into a false light among other things. If the paper dose accept the y should give disclosure to the Association of Women faculty thanking them for funding their trip.
             2. If Ms. Sues Fiona for copyright infringement the magazine will win only if the infringement has lessen the possibility for profit. I don't feel that the distribution of this article will lessen the profit of the magazine so I do no believe the magazine will win.
             3. Yes she will have grounds for appeal. The picture is being used in an educational manner. This article she has copied is trying to inform people on the subject of "emotional prisoners." It is not being used in a prurient manner.
             4. Yes the two Seton Hall students can sue for appropriation. Appropriation is any use of a person's name or likeness for profit, which is illegal. The purpose of the pictures was for use in Blockbusters annual report. The students weren't informed it was going to be used in an advertisement.
             5. I don't think that paper should publish a picture of the women going into the clinic. Going into an abortion clinic is a private matter and is a hard enough decision to make. I feel it would be un- ethical to print that picture. The reader knows that the crowed is protesting against an abortion clinic, you don't need a picture of the women entering it.
