Although it was pitch black out and by that time we had lost all contact with the outside world, including the news anchor Brian Norcross who gave us confidence through most of the night, the sounds more than made up for our visions. I listened as our screen enclosures were hoisted out of the ground, piece by piece, metal by metal and swept away by the 160 MPH winds.
