Should be ‘Spam‘ banned?
             First I would like to introduce a problem of spamming. It is the mass sending of unsolicited commercial mail via Internet. Do spamming means to inundate the Internet with one type of mailing list and its obtrusion to people or companies, which do not want to receive any. Majority of spams concerns various types of advertising, practices how to become rich at ease or offers of more or less illegal services.
             The worst malignancy of it lies in annoyance of internet users, misuse of personal data, our contribution on financing the spam and last but not least in occupying of disc capacity of our personal computers.
             Have you ever found spam in your mail box? Then you certainly know how annoying is it to find out that it is full of unwanted messages and that there is no message you look forward to. I definitely know that everybody goes through them and it takes a while to find out the reading was entirely useless because what if it could be imporant. But in most cases it is not.
             Multicasting already in its principle represents misuuse of mail addresses. It is obvious that if you received a mailing list you did not want then probably someone used your address for different purpose than you expected. Even if you make your mail address public, you do not subscribe to anything you do not agree with.
             Possibly the biggest danger of spamming is the fact that it transmits big part of charges on other subjects – usually the addressees of its campaign.
             Fortunately according to proclamations of European Union the spamming should be banned and should be included in legal system of every member state of EU.
