Forging a pro-gay, pro-life alliance

On October 8, 2004, writer and homosexual, Brian O'Leary Bennett wrote an article titled 'Forging a pro-gay, pro-life alliance,' in which he argues the point that, (as he believes,) those who are pro-life, should also be pro-gay. His main point is that he believes that someone is born gay, like someone is born with blonde hair or with brown skin. I disagree with many of his points in this article.

(www.thebible.net/cnlglfg/)" These kinds of beliefs go back to bible times; In 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 it says "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanders nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed..." Here Paul also states that those who do these things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Verse 11 states "...and that is what some of you were. But you were washed..." This reiterates the fact that homosexuality is a choice. If that is what they were, then after believing in Christ they were able to change and not make those choices anymore.
