The Presidential Candidacy

ndidates could go through several series of public debates on topics of a broad range of issues from personal to politically related issues.
             Frankly speaking, this country and the democracy that is suppose to be in place to help the American people has become distorted and corrupt on all levels. If our fore fathers where alive today and could see how this country is run today, they would indeed be shocked and appalled by the self-serving under handed politicians. The democracy of this country needs to go back to the beginning, remember why and how this country was put together, and do whatever it takes to keep our focus on God. In God, this country was founded and in God, we should have trusted. Perhaps we should go back and read our Constitution over again, better still, read it, live by it and take away the amendments that were suppose to make our country better and toss them out of the window and get back to the basic way of living. So many times over my life, I have heard people say and I have said it myself, we should go back to the old ways when life was simpler. When we add to or complicate things, are we making them better really? Reflect on the prayer by Pastor Joe Wright, which has given in the Kansas House in 1996. I have added this prayer to my essay for better make my point on my opinion of all politicians.
             We come before You today to ask Your Forgiveness and seek Your direction and guidance, We know Your Word say, "Woe to those who call evil good," but that's exactly what we have done. We have lost our Spiritual equilibrium and inverted our values.
