             One way to motivate a team is to take a moment and revisit the purpose of the mission. Have each person in the team take a moment and reflect on what the overall purpose or goal is. This often reenergizes people and gives them the drive to continue with a project.
             When a team member isn't motivated, one question to ask is "Is the challenge to difficult?" Sometimes simplifying a process or breaking everything down will help everyone not only understand the project more clearly but make it easier for others to become excited or energized to complete the task. Even rotating tasks and responsibilities amongst the team can reenergize the team and get everyone back on target again.
             If each member of the team develops a good rapport with each other, the camaraderie will help get each person through those times when they are feeling unmotivated. In general the best way to stay motivated is to make sure the team is all working toward the same goal, make sure each person feels a sense of responsibility for the outcome and experience growth as individuals and as a team.
             If someone in the groups is a free rider then it puts a lot of pressure on the other teammates. If that person does not pull there own weight then number one he is not learning anything and number two he is adding unnecessary work to those who want to get a good grade and our trying to learn something.
