Abortion

             One of the most unjust things in the world is abortion. Abortion is murder. It is the cruel and repulsive killing of helpless and defenseless babies. Babies are humans too even though they cannot make decisions on their own. There is no difference in the murdering of Jennifer Short and her family than in abortion. Murder should rule in both cases.
             Whoever has an abortion is murdering a vulnerable life. There is simply no reason for abortion. If a teenager gets pregnant and does not want to have a baby then she should have not been messing around in the first place and should set it up for adoption. If a married couple gets pregnant and does not want to have the child then they should put it up for adoption. If a woman is raped and becomes impregnated, the woman can put the child up for adoption. Therefore, there is no reason for abortion.
             The Roe v. Wade case was about a single pregnant woman named Jane Roe, who sought to have an abortion but could not because of Texas criminal abortion laws. She affirmed that the laws were unconstitutional. Henry Wade represented the district attorney of Dallas County, enforcing a state law that prohibited abortion unless to save a woman's life. The Supreme Court case ruled abortion legal in 1973.
             Seven-hundred-thousand abortions are performed each year in America after nine weeks into the pregnancy. For every two babies born, another baby dies in an abortion. This means that one innocent life is being taken from this world every twenty seconds. This country was once Godly and honest. Now, it has become a sick ungodly world where murders are legal and viewed upon as an option for those who are irresponsible.
