The book is about a boy named Neil who came down to Liverpool to stay with his grandparents .
             While Neil was there, he snuck out of the house and went to the waterfront.There he stopped to
             admire a small clipper ship,the Dumfries. Neil was suddenly grabbed and dragged aboard the
             ship.Then he was locked in a dark room . When he was finally let out , he discovered he was going
             to be a cabin boy on the journey to China.When he arrived to China, Neil was trying to go back to
             England by seeing if a ship was heading to England. After a long year living in China , he finally found
