This began by discussing how important early childhood physical activity is in developing health-related fitness and motor skills. Some early physical activity does sometimes make it difficult to measure the amount of maturation in natural physiological functioning. More specifically, researchers find it very difficult to assess girls because girls grow stronger as they mature; it is not only a result from physical activity. This strength increase usually happens before the age of 14, the age of puberty, and then begins to decrease. This is also common with anaerobic power. Yet as this aerobic and anaerobic power continues to decrease, endurance performance continues to increase. For example, the time to complete a 3-kilometre run improves.
             Weight management is a large topic of discussion in today's society at any age.
