There are many different reasons for someone wanting to enter the Food service Industry. For some it is the fast job growth rate, and for others it is the chance to make a lot of money. I am interested in entering the Food service Industry cooking is something I have always enjoyed. I would also like to have the chance to show my family and friends that I can accomplish my dream of becoming a pastry chef.
             After I complete the Pastry Arts program I have many goals in which I wish to full fill. Some of my short-term goals include finding a job at a place where I enjoy working. I also hope to be making enough money so I can support my family and give them the things they need and want. I have two important long-term goals in which I hope to achieve in ten to twenty years, owning my own successful business, and becoming a famous pastry chef.
             I have chosen Pennsylvania Culinary for my education for many different reasons. The first and, main reason is that the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute offers a great educational program. Which is very important to my family and I. Secondly the Culinary Institute is close to home, which is important to me.
