Education can be viewed in many different ways; it generally depends on the person or persons involved. To me education serves many purposes. Education is one applying themselves and pushing themselves to help others learn. Education is a very important part of every life in today's society. Without an education today, you will most likely not be able to succeed. Although education serves many different purposes, the most important thing education is used for is to make as many people successful for today's crooked world.
             In Brave New World I don't really see any of the characters experiencing education the way I look at it. The characters in the story weren't allowed to learn the ways people in today's society do. Huxley told the story in the way that he couldn't let his people learn because then he would not have been able to keep control over them. The people would have begun doing things on their own and in their own ways and they wouldn't have been under his control to work in his factories and do whatever he wanted of them. Education in Brave New World doesn't really have a great significance because the people aren't allowed to develop a great involvement with education.
             Huxley views education as an evil topic. He only allows his people to learn what he wants them to learn so they can be successful in the factories. If the people were allowed to learn more than what he wanted them to they would realize how he controlled them and how they could do so much more with their lives. They would most likely become more educated to fight against him and become successful in their lives. Huxley but a huge halt on the lives of his people and deprived them of becoming what they could have been.
