Stress level is very high in today’s competitive society. People’s hectic schedule is taking away their breathe time. Sometimes people are driven to the point where even when their time allows a break, they feel so heavy that they seem to accomplish nothing. They feel that they are suffocating. Now everyone has heard of exercising, doing yoga or meditating to release stress. However, if your time is already not enough to accomplish all that you need (isn’t this why you’re stressed out in the first place?) then you certainly won’t have much time to spare on those stress-relieve games. Not only is running in the morning refreshing, but exercising in the morning helps boost up your metabolism for the entire day, giving you more energy for the rest of the day.
2. Force Yourself: Just as you would have to force yourself to get up and run, you would need to force yourself to do many other things throughout the day. Don’t turn down every activity because you’re too stressed out, or merely “don’t feel like it”. Forcing yourself to participate in the world around you helps your mind get involved with your surroundings ...
