Odysseus had seen a lot of islands on his voyage home, none that he had seen or heard of before in his lifetime. Each island seem to represent a different god or creature. Every island was a different god, a different creature, a different adventure. Some were good but some were also sad, he would lose a lot of comrades on this voyage home. Almost every god tried to stop Odysseus, some tried to help him on his way home. Almost every god had a hand in his adventure home no matter if it was good or bad. They all had something to do with it to make in interesting.
             The goddess Atheina liked Odysseus because she was his protector and because he was a man of the god's laws. She was the god that sent Odysseus to the city of Troy. She wanted Odysseus to fight in Troy so that he will be known as the greatest hero and the greatest king of all times. Atheina wanted him to fight so that he will be forever be in the stars. She helps his son turn into a man and helps Odysseus. He helps him by turning him into an old man so that he could see for him self how the suitter treat his home.
             He fight beneath the walls of Troy, side by side with Akillies god among men. They fight bravely but Akilies gets killed by one of the Trojans. Odysseus anger grows when looking at Akillies he falls a pone a play on how to get into the city of Troy. " The Famous Trojan Horse". So he gets in the city and kills everybody, even women and children. No mercy is given to the Trojans, so the Greeks take the treasure and the war against the Trojans is finally over after ten long years.
             The god Pasiden get mad at Odysseus because he does not thank him for helping. Pasiden gets thinks that humans are nothing with out gods. Pasiden blinds Odysseus way with fog.
