             Paranoid schizophrenia is the most evasive subtype of this illness. Paranoid schizophrenics may seem normal a lot of the time until they become caught in something. Whether it be arguments or just common suspiciousness. Everyone gets suspicious at some point, but these people are delusional and may think everyone is against them. These thoughts can be traced to auditory hallucinations. These schizophrenics often distort what the hear into something negative. This makes them feel like the world is plotting against them. This often makes it hard on families who care about the person who suffers from these delusions. I myself know from first hand experience.
