             Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have A Dream" speech is famous because he was a leader of something as important in society as the civil rights movements. He uses metaphor's, and similies, personification to help him attract his group. He makes sure that everyone is aware of what's going on. A civil right is an enforceable right or privilege, which if interfered with by another gives rise to an action for injury. The civil rights for example, the civil right gives us the freedom of
             speech, assembly, press, and the right to vote. If we didn't have that right we might as well be communists.
            
             Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech shows his use of aliteration, imagery, and metaphors. Martin Luther King said "This is for not only the nego's but also to the rest of us."to understand the meaning of our deepst wish, our goal in life. In this case Martin Luther King Jr. wanted African'Anericans to be as equal as the White's in this country. He uses alot of repition especially this one that catched my interest. He said, "Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit parth of raciel justice. Now is the time to life our nation from the quicksands of raciel injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make a justice a reality for all of God's children. So, i see he repeats the word "now" at the begining of each sentence. He means that now is tihe time to start rebeeling, to start getting our rights, to free our future, to not let our future be the same as our past, as in slavery. Martin Luther King Jr. wanted to have a new future for the African-Americans. He wanted the African-Americans to have there rights back. Now was the time for them to start this rebellion, not later but now.
