In our society today the idea that we are not able to implement all laws would be nonexistent. Under Hospers' philosophy this would mean that we would have more freedom to do what we pleased. Therefore, Hospers thinks that each man has the right to live, the right to conduct his life without others influencing him, and to work and receive the fruits of labor; all of these things without massive interference from the government.
             Marx would differ from Hospers. He does not think that an individual can live without governmental control as Hospers says because there would be too much freedom within the people. Marx argues that a person would not be able to do this because there is a tendency towards struggles within the social classes. The property owning capitalist class, the bourgeoisie, would exploit the wage-labor class, the proletariats.
