             ade. Then man realizes what the law is, then has to reason whether or not he wants to consciously break the law. Implying that yes in some way law is made pertaining to reason.
             A modern day situation of this would be traffic lights. Traffic lights are placed at intersections for the good of all man. If there was a busy four way intersection that had no traffic lights, then no one would ever stop. This would then cause numerous accidents, and result eventually in death that could have most likely been prevented. So the law says that there will be traffic lights, and when a light is red then a driver will stop. This is according to the law. However, based on the will of an individual this is not in mans best interest. When a person is driving, his goal is to get to where ever he is going in the shortest amount of time possible. So any stops, such as traffic lights or stop signs, are not in the individual's best interest. H
