             · Content replication – Replicating identical contents in different servers
             · Load balancing – Distributing connection loads over multiple servers
             · Geographical distribution – content servers are distributed at various geographical locations to alleviate distance delays.
             · Caching – Having contents in various local servers.
             · Traffic routing – Redirecting users to content servers closest to them.
             IROTM provides great flexibility in assisting to alleviate server congestions. However they do not provide a complete solution unless they are done in conjunction with one another.
             It is the bane of all web servers to be able to meet user demands. The failure to do so may result in the loss of advertising revenue for some businesses, loss of sales revenue perhaps for others, and possibly the loss of repeated businesses.
