Not all ads with attractive women necessarily have a sexy overtone. Just because some ads have beautiful girls in bikini's does not mean they are being sexist towards women. You can go to the beach and see thousands of them at a time, but nobody is saying it is wrong to go to the beach. If you don't like the fact that companies are using pretty girls to promote their product, then don't buy the product.
As far as a beer company using a nude girl as a form of advertisement, I think that is taking it a little too far. You can support the fact that you don't approve of this type of advertisement by not buying the product, but you can't keep your 5-year-old kid seeing this product on the shelf at the grocery store. I think that nude girls on the label of a product are offensive to women and offensive to people who don't drink alcohol.
If they did want to try and get away with this form of advertisement, I think there is a way, but only if they want to spend the time and money. First, they should promote this product in adult magazines such as playboy or on late night TV programs. Also, this will mean these products will be on the shelves in stores, so they should package these beers in cases that aren't offensive to people. The case should only have the name and information of the product and keep the nudity inside. That way there will be a "surprise" in the case of beer for when they get home. This will also encourage the consumer to purchase the product even more because the customer starts to wonder what the picture looks like so they buy it and take it home for the "surprise".
People take the first amendment a little too far sometimes. If people would be more concerned about respecting each other, rather than how far they can stretch the first amendment, then this problem would not occur so much in our society.
All caught up now!!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks
