The relationships between men and women can be very confusing and sometimes annoying. These relationships affect our lives from the earliest stages of childhood to the last moments on this earth. Men and women were meant to be together it consumes our society as the basic family. I believe the most interesting relationship is the one between girls and guys at the stage of finding a mate. Men and women have different ways of finding a member of the opposite sex, how they spend their time together and how to know if they are the one to marry.
             Lots people take the direct approach; they see a person that is attractive and start talking to them. Eventually if everything goes as plan they leave with a phone number. Though this approach is mostly used by guys, but now in the year two thousand, girls seem to be breaking out of tradition and getting guys numbers. Just a few years ago girls calling guys was looked down upon but now it seems as if every girl I know calls the guy most of the time. Some people still do not think it is right though and their chances of getting called are just as good if she knows how to flirt. Flirting is the age-old technique of words, glances and soft brushes with the hand. This has most assuredly been the hook for men and women alike since time begin. The way someone wants to be approached differs greatly from one person to another so asking a mutual friend usually helps.
             Guys and girls usually start talking or in other words getting to know each other. When they start spending time together they usually go out in groups. Group dating is the best way to break the ice with someone and you almost always has a way out of any uncomfortable situations.
