g nature of the work and job in our society. Retail is a constantly evolving and diversifying category of work because of innovations such as the Internet and other technological advances that have allowed the globalization of retailing on a highly competitive level.
             These sources were also important to include and research for some of the same reasons aforementioned. Reviewing one or two types of sources would have narrowed the scope of our job analysis and elements surely would have been left out. We felt that it was important to review three different types of information so that our analysis would be more inclusive and valid for today's job market. The validity and reliability of our sources were pertinent to the success of our analysis because if the source were to be out dated, poorly constructed or contain incorrect information the entire analysis would have been compiled on a fractured foundation.
