Abortion

Just because a female decides to have intercourse with her partner and chooses not to use protection, does that mean that you have to kill the end result-the fetus? Such an act could be considered murder because you are killing a human being. The word "murder" is defined as killing a person unlawfully and with premeditated malice. In some states, however, it is against the law to have an abortion and committing such an act is obviously an intentional one. One may argue the case where the female is raped and yes, it does happen, but horrible things happen to some people, even the best of people, but it is just something you have to deal with-it is a part of life and you should always "expect the unexpected." This phrase even includes a pregnancy, but the fetus should not have to be killed as a result. What gives you the right to make that kind of decision as to whether or not a human being should live?
