Life – The interval of time between one's birth and the present.
             The definition of life speaks of time. Specifically, it deals with the time between one's birth and the present. This shows that before birth, pre-natal, organisms do not contain life. Therefore, without life, and not among the living, it is impossible for said organism to be "murdered".
             This theory of abortion is held with many, however, the greater majority of Pro-Choice individuals value life, and would never dream of suggesting an abortion on any person they hold dear to their heart.
             This group of people believes abortion is wrong, however, they also believe in a women's right to choose. These people believe in civil rights, individualism, and freedom. They do not believe that government has the right to tell people what they can and cannot do with their body. They believe that no matter what the situation, a person should be able to choose their own destiny. For instance, if a woman is impregnated mistakenly, it is her right to abort the fetus. If she chooses to abort, chances are she will later regret her decision, and feel sorry for her mistakes. Pain, sorrow, humiliation, knowing that you never got to meet your child, isn't this enough punishment.
             Some people offer adoption as an alternative to abortion. To these people Ed Board asks where are all the children you have adopted. For if you are not adopting these children, then you are only contributing to the overpopulation of our society by bringing a child into the world with no one available to take care of it. This responsibility then falls on the government. The government then is forced to raise taxes to help cloth and feed the orphans, and to build new orphanages to support the growing number of children up for adoption.
