We now had a little better understanding of what we need to have for the meeting, but we had a lot of questions. Since this was a big customer we couldn't afford to lose their business so we made the best out of what we had.
We all knew that we needed to get copies of the reports and understand them well enough to explain how we could improve them with our software. The problem was trying to understand the data in them. The other division that would be at the meeting is expected to explain how their system works as compared to the clients system since the data is similar. This was important since we were fairly new to using the software we are going to implement for our client and not understanding the data makes it harder.
