Hotel accommodations for 5 days and airline tickets to San Francisco, CA are also included as well as food for the week. There was a sense of urgency to fill this position, so last minute plans were made to get the training reserved in time. Training in San Francisco allows the employee to gain some knowledge about her new area and meet others who do about or the same job as she does. She is able to do some networking that will allow her to have some resources for the future.
             Upon her return from training, there is some testing on the new system that needs to be done to make sure that all of the necessary items are in place to ensure that the system runs correctly. This testing needs to be done by all managers of the company for each area. There is a reporting date and time for each area. The employee is trying to get caught up on all the work that was missed while she was away. She decided that testing could be put off until a later time and that she would report that testing had taken place. In reality, the testing never took place. This lapse in testing made a few other areas fall under standards and there was a major error that affected areas across the company offices.
