Charles Sherman. Pastor is very concerned about the trustees being in order. We have a very important responsibility as a trustee. We are the first members that people see when they visit our church. So those that are parking please take your position very seriously. Your fist impression should be a good one. Greet everyone with a smile as you show them where to park. Also the condition of the church is very important, we are responsible for the outside of the church as well as the inside. No one would like to visit a dirty church. So we need to make sure that the parking lot is clean, the restrooms are clean, the sanctuary floor vacuumed; all paper and trash thrown out, all trash cans emptied. Please try to keep up with your schedule. If for any reason you cannot make it, please cal!

If for any reason you have a problem with the list of duties or time of duties please fill free to call Bro. Smith or Bro. Sherman, and we will try to resolve the matter to the best of our abilities. If we cannot resolve the matter, we will present it to the Pastor so he can work out the situation with you. I pray we can all accept our responsibilities and duties in a professional manner.
