Effects of Nitrate on Oxygen/Goldfish

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of nitrate on oxygen consumption in the goldfish Carassius quaratus. The accumulation of nitrate has been noted as a potential problem because it negatively affects the way in which fish consume oxygen. Two factors will be investigated. They include: 1) The temperature increase or decrease of goldfish and its ability to rid its body of nitrate; (2) the relationship between the weight of fish and it ability to rid the body of nitrate. These external factors are the external stimuli that are the basis for improvement of fish adaptation to effects of nitrate in their environment. Using the basis of these external factors, I expect the weight of each fish to play the vital role in detoxifying excess nitrate in Carassius quratus. The basis of the data will be collected by the following: (1) A constant amount of nitrate add to each fish; (2) The mass of each fish weight individually; (3) and the oxygen meter evaluation of homeo!
stasis environment of each goldfish in the presence of nitrate and water volume.
