             Gun Control in 1988, handguns killed 7 people in Great Britain, 19 in
             Sweden, 53 in Switzerland, 25 in Israel, 13 in Australia, 8 in Canada, and 9,915
             in the United States. These figures are very shocking, but no one ever comes up
             with idea to stop it or to reduce these numbers. We have got to face this problem
             One of the most alarming issues with this problem is juvenile violence.
             Did you know that a large percent of crimes committed with guns are by children.
             Adults are just as guilty contributing to the violence. Even if an adult has a police
             record they can purchase a gun. Even though the US has passed many laws
             stating that the buyer must have a mandatory back ground check, the buyer can
             still get a gun, if not from the desired store, off the street. If some one wants a
             gun bad enough its garenteed that they will get one.
             The US banned the most "dangerous" guns. Why would they ban the
             sawed-off shotgun, machine gun or the UZI. When in the past 50 years no
             civilian has ever used a legally owned machine gun in a violent crime. And no
             UZI has ever been used to kill a police officer. The gun that researchers finds
             most commonly used is the handgun. Why doesn't the US government put a
             ban on the handgun when it has been proven that this is the most deadly
             weapon the US citizens has ever been faced with.
             Parents of Three slain girls in the Health School shootings are going after
             the manufactures of video games. They claim that the video games taught the
             young shooter how to be an excellent marksman. The boy had never used a
             gun, but was skilled enough to hit eight moving targets with only eight bullets.
